Intuit Regional Headquarters - Sante Fe Summit - San Diego, CA

Tasked with integrating a new 400,000+ sq.ft. campus with their existing GE Security/CASI-Rusco global security network, Intuit choose CEI to provide design, engineering, programming, installation and service of the 100+ card reader, 200+ camera access control/surveillance system.

Founded in 1983, Intuit had annual revenue of more than $2 billion in its fiscal year 2006. The company has nearly 7,000 employees with major offices in 13 states across the U.S., and offices in Canada and the United Kingdom. Intuit provides well known consumer and business financial software such as TurboTax, Quicken and QuickBooks, as well as other services to the financial community.

Clear Channel Communications, Inc., is a global leader in the out-of-home advertising industry with radio and television stations and outdoor displays in 32 countries around the world. The Company began its operations in 1972, and became a publicly traded company in 1984. Including announced transactions, Clear Channel operates 830 radio and 19 television stations in the United States and has equity interests in over 240 radio stations internationally. Clear Channel also operates more than 550,000 outdoor advertising displays.

San Diego Chargers Training Facility

Concerned with the need to provide highly integrated communications systems for their new state-of-the-art administrative and training facility, the San Diego Chargers football team enlisted the design team at CEI.

Located in San Diego’s Mission Valley, this complex features various audio-visual systems including a lobby video wall, press rooms with satellite uplink, interview rooms, foreground music, and a practice field crowd-noise simulation system, as well as fire alarm, access control, intercom, CCTV and data networks.

Located near CEI’s offices in Poway, this facility required high-level security to protect both the facilities physical assets and resources, as well as large numbers of classified government documents along with a valuable computer network. The design features an integrated MDI security, access control and CCTV surveillance, as well as an automatic Notifier fire/life safety system.

One America Plaza
One of several high-rise projects completed over the years by CEI, One AMerica Plaza asked CEI to design and install a security system to protect the facility and tenants for this 34-story building in downtown San Diego. Security and safety are top priorities at One America Plaza. The building is equipped with an innovative, advanced security system. Features of the system include remote access, an enhanced response system, instant updates for tenants, advanced notification procedures, and easy software updates.
