CEI maintains a separately staffed Service Department to handle all your service needs. From troubleshooting to adds and changes, CEI has the trained technicians to meet your needs. With competitive rates and fast response CEI is the company to maintain your systems.

Life Safety System testing
CEI, proud of its UL Certification, performs a wide range of services to assist in the maintenance of fire protection systems. These services include the visual inspection, tests and routine maintenance required by the National Fire Codes, insurance underwriters and local jurisdictions. Records are kept on all systems and reports, which are custom designed to fit your needs, are generated after each inspection or test.

In addition, CEI can perform routine inspections preventative maintenance and testing on a wide range of communications, signaling and control systems.

Remote trouble-shooting/configuration/programming
For selected systems, CEI can provide remote, real-time diagnostics in the event of system malfunction, or we can access your systems to implement changes to system parameters and programming in order to accommodate your day-to-day working style, such as updating system users, changing access levels, bell schedules and other calendar events.

System Monitoring
CEI provides off site monitoring for your Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, Process Alarms or a variety of other systems. CEI can provide and install all necessary equipment or take over your monitoring using your existing equipment.

System Maintenance Agreements
CEI can also provide complete maintenance agreements which would cover all your service needs for a set monthly fee. This enables you to work under a set budget and control costs without worrying about your systems' maintenance and upkeep.
